- Oxford MX400 dilution refrigerator with a high homogeneity 3 inch bore and 13 Tesla magnet for 0.03 to 10K.
- Rapid turn-around 3He system for 0.3–300 K.
- Hall system to measure mobility and density at 4K.
- Cryostats with higher frequency coaxial lines allow microwave experiments up to 40 GHz.
- Electronics for characterization includes lock-in amplifiers, voltage sources, low noise preamplifiers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and arbitrary waveform generators.
- Custom data acquisition software for sophisticated electrical measurements.
