Column-Free Size Characterization
Characterize the size distribution of materials using column-free separation methods
Capabilities Include:
Field flow fractionation equipped with three detectors (light scattering, UV, and refractive index)
Separation of various materials including polymers, nanoparticles, exosomes, proteins, assembled nanomaterials, and more
Size range: 5 nm – 10,000 nm
Size difference as small as ~30% can be separated
Electrophoretic mobility of separated particles can be measured
