Heather Brown is a Business Operations Specialist at Sandia National Laboratories and CINT's User Program Manager. Heather helps develop and implement the strategic direction of CINT’s user program. Her responsibilities include managing the operating cadence for the user program and tracking and reporting user program activities to the Department of Energy.

• User community relationship management: communications, scheduling/arrangements, and coordination of safety and training requirements
• Multi-modal user program coordination: pre-competitive, proprietary, partner, and internal user modes
• Cross-functional guidance and alignment: advising technical teams on objectives, content requirements, and deliverables for user program and center operations
• Inter-laboratory partnership development: building and sustaining strategic collaboration between Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories
