Tika Kafle is a Staff Scientist at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Tika's research covers a wide range of quantum materials, with a central aim to understand how charge, spin, lattice vibrations, light, and topology interact to create novel and complex phase and how these phases can be controlled for technological applications. He studies systems spanning atomically thin and low-dimensional materials to bulk 3D crystals, including inorganic, organic, topological materials, and their heterostructures.
