Dr. Timothy N. Lambert is the Energy Storage Materials Thrust Lead at Sandia National Laboratories’ Grid Energy Storage Program and a Distinguished R&D staff scientist in the Department of Photovoltaics & Materials Technology at Sandia National Laboratories. His research focus is on materials chemistry as related to sensors and energy applications with expertise ranging from small organic molecule synthesis to developing a testing prototype battery modules.
