Wei Pan is a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories. He has made numerous seminal contributions to the field of many-particle physics in low dimensional electron systems (in particular novel fractional quantum Hall effect), and in topological superconductivity and Josephson effects in Dirac semimetals. Wei's research focuses on quantum transport properties in low dimensional electron systems, novel quantum Hall phases and phase transitions in 2D electron systems in III-V semiconductors, and topological superconductivity and Majorana quasiparticles in topological quantum materials.
